2. A new page pops up and you see an order screen. Input your name, credit card, city, state and zip code, then click "submit."
3. Another page pops up with the link to your ebook. Click on the link to your ebook and start using it.

What if I Have Problems with My eBook or Need Help?
Click here to reach us. We absolutely stand behind our ebooks and promptly respond to emails and calls. We normally reply the same day-- except for weekends and holidays. During Pacific time business hours, we usually reply within hours. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will help with any concerns you have. You can count on us. We have sold thousands and thousands of ebooks and everyone who has bought one, has successfully opened, saved and printed their ebook.

Will You Accept Special Orders?
Simply contact us to tell us what you need, and we will do our best to help. We can combine ebooks and bound books, and we can take your order by phone, and accept your purchase order or check. Just ask.

Can I Order eBooks on this Site's Online Order Form
That's Meant for Products That Are Shipped?
Yes, instead of buying the ebook on the page where it is shown, you can order with our online order form. Click here for that form. But, you won't instantly receive your ebooks. They'll have to be sent to you via email. If you order ebooks normally (on the page where they are shown), you receive them instantly. Our online order form is intended for products that require shipping. There will be a delay of about 10-24 hours for ebooks bought using the online order form.

Can I Get Paperback Books Instead of eBooks?
Nearly all our books are available as both paper and ebooks. Paperbacks must be purchased using our online order form (click here.) eBooks can be ordered on that form but they won't be received instantly (see preceding question.) Can I Really Read My eBook Instantly?
Your ebooks can be read immediately in the PDF format you see and use all the time. PDF is the most common way to easily get documents quickly. Nearly everyone has it on their computer. Don't have PDF? Need to update your PDF software? No problem. It's fast and easy to download it here for free.

Can I Print and Save My eBook?
Simply click the "Print" or "Save" icons on the PDF reader to print or save your ebook. It's that easy. You are granted permission to print your ebooks once to make a single copy, but you are also permitted to duplicate the lesson handouts (only) from the Breakthrough Strategies and Behavior Change Handout ebooks as needed for use with students.

What Else Do I Need to Know?

What is your return policy?
People love our books. For nearly two decades, we never got requests for returns so it seemed to make sense to make that our policy, so we did.
