Oregon Statewide Teacher

Inservice Bulletin

Add Your Oregon/SW Washington
Inservice Workshop to the Bulletin

Yes, you can add your course, conference, training, workshop or online class to the Oregon Statewide Teacher Inservice Bulletin. You can sign up for a free Standard Listing, or purchase a Featured Listing that allows much more detail and many more words, plus images and color fonts. Note that listing fees cover just a small portion of the costs of actually producing the Inservice Bulletin.

As usual, the Bulletin is going to be emailed to the Oregon Department of Education’s full list of school principals, district administrators and ESDs in late August or very early September. We email again several weeks later and include the updates made to the Bulletin in the interim. The Bulletin is already posted on and/or will be linked to from the Department of Education’s website and is normally found here (but note that the link can change each year when ODE updates it annually in fall):

Oregon teacher workshopHere is an example of the type of email blast that is sent to the entire ODE email list of all Oregon administrators so they can share the Bulletin with their staff. Here is an example of the type of press releases that are sent each year in support of the Bulletin. (A PDF page will open; a sample press release is also pictured at right.) Note that every year, the Bulletin normally ranks #1 or close to #1 on Google for many searches related to teacher professional development event in Oregon.

View the current Oregon Teacher Inservice Bulletin and all the current K-12 professional development listings, and see how your listing could fit right in.

The cost of a professional development listing on the Bulletin now starts at FREE! A free listing permits you to list your event name, website, phone number, dates and a 200 character description (which is about one short sentence.)

The cost for a featured listing is $99. Your featured listing can contain one long paragraph and one image. Your featured listing will be at the top of the Bulletin so readers will see it first. You can pay online with a  credit card, debit card or PayPal. You can also pay offline by check or purchase order. Please note that your listing fee covers just a tiny portion of the actual cost to produce, publish and distribute the Inservice Bulletin.

For 2019, Oregon Educator Inservice Day is October 11. The Oregon Inservice Bulletin will accept K-12 professional development listings for 2019 and 2020 for Oregon and Southwest Washington events until the deadlines shown below.
