Sometimes students need to be reminded that just because their friends do something, doesn't mean they need to. Our Sheeple social skills school poster is actually one of the favorite sayings of one of the teachers we work with.  He uses this phrase with his classes all the time.  He explained to us that Sheeple are people who follow other people just because someone else is leading. 

It's a good habit to have students start now as teenagers, so they can avoid situations that are dangerous, unsafe, or doesn't help them to be successful.  When students think for themselves and act according to their beliefs and ethics, they are far more likely to be successful and safe.
