All subscription changes and cancellations for the Behavior & Classroom Management Problem-Solver Blog must follow the simple steps listed below because all changes are managed by a computer.

1. Provide the EXACT EMAIL ADDRESS where you used to subscribe. Without that address, we have no way of knowing what address you used, and have no way to locate your address to change it.

If you can't remember the exact email address you used, look at the "To" line of a recent issue of the magazine we sent to you to determine that original address.

2. Explain the DETAILS OF THE CHANGE you need after you CLICK HERE.  NOTE: After clicking, the words "Change my Subscription for the Youth Change Blog" should automatically show up in the subject line of your e-mail form. If they don't automatically appear, be sure to add them, or else the computer will miss your request.

1. To unsubscribe, you must USE THE LINK BELOW TO EMAIL US FROM THE EXACT EMAIL ADDRESS you used to subscribe. Without that address, we have no way to locate your address to delete you.

If you can't remember which address you used to subscribe, look at the "To" line of a recent issue we sent you. Once you are ready to mail us FROM THE ORIGINAL ADDRESS, CLICK HERE.   

NOTE: After clicking, the words "Unsubscribe the email address that I am mailing you from" should automatically show up in the subject line of your email form. If they don't automatically appear, be sure to add them, or else the computer will miss your request.

You must use the automated process first. However, whether you are aided by a computer or person, you absolutely MUST have the address you used to subscribe.

Nearly all problems with changes and cancellations are due to the subscriber not providing the EXACT address used to subscribe.
